Product Return Policy

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from receiving the goods, without providing a reason. The product may be inspected and tested only in a way normally allowed in a physical shop.

Legal entities are not covered by the 14-day withdrawal right.

The return is free of charge if:

• the product has a defect or production fault;
• the product does not match the description;
• the product was damaged during delivery.

In these cases, we also cover the original shipping cost where required by law.

If you withdraw without giving a reason (for example you changed your mind, ordered by mistake, or the product simply did not suit you), you bear the direct cost of sending the goods back. You have two options:

• Return the goods yourself in any way that suits you (for example a parcel machine or a courier of your choice). In this case we deduct nothing from the refund.
• Ask us to arrange the pickup. In this case we deduct only the actual transport cost. For bulky goods we tell you the exact amount before the pickup.

The delivery cost paid for the order is always refunded on withdrawal. If you chose a delivery option more expensive than our cheapest standard option, we refund the delivery cost up to the price of that standard option.

Exercising the right of withdrawal is not tied to any contractual penalty, deposit, or other additional fee.

1. Send a written notice within 14 days of receiving the product to info@mriya-store.com. You do not have to state a reason.
2. Please include your order number, contact details, and if relevant, photos and a short description of the defect or damage.
3. Choose how to return: send the goods back yourself (for example a parcel machine or a courier of your choice), or ask Mriya to arrange the pickup. The goods must be sent back within 14 days of the withdrawal notice.
4. Return the product complete and, if possible, in the original packaging.
5. Return address:

The withdrawal right does not apply, among other cases, to:

• custom-made or clearly personalized products;
• sealed hygiene goods that have been opened;
• goods that deteriorate quickly or have a short shelf life.

We refund all payments received for the order, including the delivery cost, no later than 14 days from receiving the withdrawal notice.

• We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have sent them back, whichever happens first. A parcel machine or courier receipt is sufficient proof.
• We reserve the right to deduct the decrease in the value of the goods if they have been used more than is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
• We make the refund using the same payment method you used for the order, unless agreed otherwise. The refund does not incur any cost to you.

If the product has a defect, production issue, or another non-conformity, please contact us by email with a description and photos. We will apply the remedies required by law, such as repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund.
