Product Return Policy

Overview

  • Withdrawal period: 14 days from receiving the goods.
  • Free return: if the product is defective, does not match the description, or was damaged during shipping.
  • Paid return: if the order was placed by mistake, the customer changed their mind, or no reason is provided, up to 8 € may be deducted from the refund.
  • Pickup: arranged by Mriya unless agreed otherwise.
  • Refund: processed after the returned goods arrive and are inspected.
  • Business customers: the 14-day withdrawal right does not apply.

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from receiving the goods, without providing a reason. The product may be inspected and tested only in a way normally allowed in a physical shop.

Legal entities are not covered by the 14-day withdrawal right.

The return is free of charge if:

  • the product has a defect or production fault;
  • the product does not match the description;
  • the product was damaged during delivery.

In these cases, we also cover the original shipping cost where required by law.

A return may be subject to a return cost if:

  • the customer changed their mind after placing the order;
  • the customer did not verify the product suitability before purchasing;
  • no reason for the return is provided.

In such cases, up to 8 € may be deducted from the refund, depending on the configured return conditions.

  1. Send a written notice within 14 days of receiving the product to info@mriya-store.com.
  2. Please include your order number, contact details, and if relevant, photos and a short description of the defect or damage.
  3. Return the product complete and, if possible, in the original packaging.
  4. Return address:

The withdrawal right does not apply, among other cases, to:

  • custom-made or clearly personalized products;
  • sealed hygiene goods that have been opened;
  • goods that deteriorate quickly or have a short shelf life.

The refund is made after the returned goods arrive and are inspected. We process refunds no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal notice, but we may wait until the returned product or proof of return shipment has been received.

If the product has a defect, production issue, or another non-conformity, please contact us by email with a description and photos. We will apply the remedies required by law, such as repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund.
